"We installed over 1,400 sf of California Classics on the 1st floor of our home. We
chose this hand scraped hickory wood floor due to it’s beauty and durability. We
really like the fact that the flooring comes in longer boards, and that the floor
includes the wide 8" planks. Our family has several large dogs, so we wanted a floor
that would be forgiving to “Dog Traffic”. This floor seems to be holding up very
well, and is very beautiful, and easy to maintain. The hand scraping really makes
a difference compared to the machine scraped floors. Also the distressed look will
make scratches, etc virtually disappear".
